Every Which Way But Lost

Monday 1st June So today is our first day at work in Tolne, Denmark. We’re at a ceramic workshop/ B&B/ cafe – www.tolnegjaestgivergaard.dk. We arrived last night having got the ferry from Gothenburg to Frederikshavn (3.5 hours) and then the train to Tolne (15 mins). So it’s certainly a bit different here. Our workday starts with a morning briefing at 0930hrs – well really it’s just a chat about what was achieved yesterday and what needs to be done today….

Sunday 5th April – off to Copenhagen Daz and I are awake early and try and quietly slip from cabin so Gav and Vik can keep sleeping. It’s 7am and a beautiful sunny but frosty morning. It’s absolutely glorious – we’re so lucky to have this experience. Ion is up too and the 3 of us do the horses. It’s just going to be Ion and Christina on the farm until we return on Wednesday.
